The hotel is located in a bustling area, within walking distance to markets, food courts, and shops. You can easily explore the area and find everything you need without any hassle. the rooms are well-equipped with elegant amenities, including superb shower bath facilities. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast options are great, and the staff even remembers your order each morning.
The hotel lacks a separate toilet room from the bath, which can be inconvenient for families or larger groups.

All staff were really friendly and so keen to help in every way possible. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable (ac!), the food was good and presented nicely and to top it all the swimming pool was a great luxury! The roof garden was kept well and really gave a sense of a relaxation and tranquility yet the hotel location is within the hustle and bustle of the city. The free wi-fi worked really well and communications between staff were really efficient. Definately a place I'd recommend and stay at again!

This hotel in Abids is a good property with a clean atmosphere and a convenient location. The value for money is excellent, with prices that are moderate and offer great value. The staff is attentive and the rooms are well-maintained with a variety of dishes available for breakfast. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel is walkable to markets in the area, making it a convenient choice for shopping.
All aspects were satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Helpful and keen staff
The bathroom was a bit tired, and the breakfast was rather lame somehow

Central location. Staff was kind. Check-in and check-out were ok, with some flexibility for checking-out a bit later than normal. Contrary to other reviewers, complimentary WiFi worked very well when we stayed there.
We chose the hotel because of good reviews, and honestly I find it difficult to believe them (I should not have trusted there were only 5!). Our room was not clean. And I mean, we were taken to the room (after confirming arrival time the day before) to find that it had not been cleaned after previous customers. There was even a thin extra mattress on the floor used the night before and we thought the bed linen had not been changed. We asked for the room to be cleaned and though bed linen was changed, the room was still far from normal standards for such a hotel. Acoustic insulation was good for outside noise, but terrible for next room (we could here every time they got a call on their cell phone!). Hotel really needs maintenance work if they want to keep the rates they are applying.

Great location, very central with lots of options for shopping, food, and groceries within walking distance. . Auto rickshaws readily available outside the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff who were accommodating.
Rooms were in poor condition, with fungus on furniture and doors. . Bathrooms were not clean and towels were not washed properly.

Great value, wonderful staff and excellent location!
During my city trip, I stayed at this affordable hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, being close to various markets and eating joints.
One area that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the guest rooms. While the rooms were spacious and offered many amenities, they could do with more attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness.
